I have oily skin and one of the biggest skincare problems I have dealt with is the brown marks that acne leaves behind.
Even when a breakout goes away, the mark can stay on my face for much longer. I had several of these marks around my cheeks and jawline, so I wanted to try a product specifically for them.
That’s why I decided to try skarfix-plus brightening face serum.
Instead of judging it after a few days, I decided to use it consistently for 60 days and document what happened to my skin.

Why I Bought Fixderma Skarfix Plus
I was already using a basic skincare routine, but I wanted to add a serum specifically for the marks left behind after acne.
Another reason I chose Skarfix Plus was that it contains several brightening ingredients in one product. According to Fixderma, the formula contains 4% kojic acid, 2% niacinamide, 2% vitamin C and 2% alpha arbutin.
I also liked the idea of using one serum rather than buying several different products for the same concern.
The main reason I bought this serum is for post-acne marks and uneven skin tone I was looking for kojic acid and alpha arbutin These 2 ingredients are good for skin brightening and I was also looking for niacinamide.
There fore using 2 to 3 serums separately which consume more time and energy I have used this single product which contains all in one bottle.
My Skin Before Using Skarfix Plus
Before starting the serum, I had:
- Oily skin
- Brown marks left behind after acne
- More noticeable marks around my cheeks
- Some older marks around my jawline
- Slightly uneven-looking skin tone

What the Serum Looks and Feels Like
One thing I always pay attention to when trying a new skincare product is how it actually feels on my skin.
It has creamy texture unlike other serums which are in water form
- I apply 3 drops on my face one on my forehead one on my left cheek and othe on my right cheek
- it is thick compared to other serums
- It spreads easily on my skin 3 drops are more than enough
- it doesn’t feel sticky
- It easily absorbs in my skin
- it doesn’t leave the skin oily and greasy
- It is comfortable on my skin no irritation or redness
- It has some kind of fragrance
How I Used Fixderma Skarfix Plus
I used Skarfix Plus as part of my existing skincare routine.
Morning

- Moisturizer

Night
- Face wash
- Toner

This is important because I wasn’t using Skarfix Plus completely on its own. I was using it alongside my other skincare products.
So when I noticed changes in my skin, I cannot say that every improvement came only from Skarfix Plus.
I think this is important to mention because I want this review to reflect my actual experience rather than make a stronger claim than my test allows.
My 60-Day Experience With skarfix-plus brightening face serum
Day 1 : Starting the Test
On the first day, I didn’t expect to see any immediate change in my acne marks.
My main goal was simply to use the serum consistently and see how my skin responded over time.
- my skin feels normal after applying it
- no irritation no redness
- The product felt light weight
- I thought the texture would be like water form but it was in cream form
Day 7 : My First Week
After one week, I wasn’t expecting my old acne marks to disappear.
“I didn’t notice any major change in my acne marks yet, but the serum was comfortable to use and I didn’t experience irritation.”
Day 14 Two Weeks Later
After two weeks, I started paying closer attention to the areas where I had the most visible marks.
after 14 days of use I saw small changes in my skin
- Slight improvement in acne marks
- Marks looked a little lighter
- Skin looked more even
Day 30 One Month of Using It
This was the point where I started paying much more attention to whether the serum was actually making a difference.
When I compared my skin with the first week, I felt that some of my newer acne marks looked lighter. The older marks were still clearly visible.
The old acne marks has lighten and the new acne marks which came While I was using this serum those acne marks are also lighten and skin tone has much improved
Day 60 My Final Result
After using Fixderma Skarfix Plus for 60 days, I compared my skin with how it looked when I started.
- My acne marks become much lighter
- some of the acne marks are on my fore head near the eye brow these marks has lighten up very well
- My new acne marks also improved
- My over all skin tone is changed (tan reduced as well)
- I also has 2 pimples while using this but I cannot say those pimples came due to this serum
- after 60 days no irritation on my skin
- I felt some oil in my skin as I have oily skin and the serum is cream form that’s the main reason I think
- I saw significant improvement in my acne marks and skin tone
My Before and After Photos
“The newer marks on my cheeks look lighter compared with the beginning of the test. I can still see some of the older marks around my jawline, so I wouldn’t say that 60 days completely removed them. Overall, I feel that my skin looks more even than when I started.”

What I Liked About Skarfix Plus
Based on my 60-day experience, these were the things I liked
- I liked that I could use several brightening ingredients in one serum.
- It was easy to add to my existing routine.
- I noticed some improvement in my newer acne marks and skin tone
What I Didn’t Like
The product wasn’t perfect for me either.
- The smell which I didn’t like I want some fragrance free products
- I didn’t like the texture. It has cream texture
- some of the acne marks lighten very little which are very old.
Did Skarfix Plus Remove My Acne Marks?
My honest answer: PARTLY
After 60 days, I noticed :
The biggest difference I noticed was brighter skin tone
However, few of my acne marks remained but I would use it for next 2-3 months it’s better if those acne marks also gone completely
I don’t want to claim that the serum completely removed my acne marks because that wasn’t my experience.
For me, the most noticeable change was it has changed my skin tone
Did It Work on Older Acne Marks?
This was something I paid particular attention to because some of my marks had been there for a long time.

Skarfix Plus: Who I Think It May Be Suitable For
Based on my own experience, I would consider it if:
- Your main concern is post-acne marks or dark spots.
- You are willing to use a product consistently.
- You don’t expect overnight results.
- You already have a simple skincare routine.
- You are comfortable adding a serum to your routine.
I would be more cautious if:
- Your skin is easily irritated.
- You already use several active skincare products.
- You expect old, marks to disappear very quickly.
- You don’t want an additional step in your routine.

Would I Buy Skarfix Plus Again?
This is probably the most important question in my review.
My answer: YES
After using it for 60 days, I would continue using it because I don’t want to switch products I want to use them for maximum 5- 6 months
If I were buying it again, I would mainly use it for skin brightening
My Final Verdict
After 60 days of using Fixderma Skarfix Plus, I would describe my experience as:
When I compare my skin at the beginning of the test with how it looked after 60 days, I notice change in the acne marks and skin tone .
I wouldn’t say that this serum completely removed all of my acne marks. However, it has helped very much
If you’re considering this serum, I would recommend having realistic expectations and giving it enough time rather than expecting a major change after a few days.
Most importantly, my experience is only one person’s experience. What happened on my skin may not happen in exactly the same way for you.
